3000 square foot loft conversion

Located on a full floor of an eight story building, the loft was converted from a dark environment to an open plan space, allowing light to pass through. The space was redesigned from a two bedroom, two bathroom space to a three bedroom with three and a half bathrooms. Materials are contemporary and neutral in color.
